Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Roasted you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Roasted.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, photos and comments you post. By posting, you give Roasted a non-exclusive license to host, display and share that content within the app so it can work as intended, until you delete it.

Only post content you have the right to share, and only photos you took or are allowed to use.

No objectionable content or abusive behavior

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, deceptive, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not impersonate others or share other people's private information.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any post, comment or user from the "..." menu or the person's profile, and you can block anyone to stop seeing their content. We review reports and act on them, within 24 hours where we can, by removing content and removing users who break these rules.

Our rights

We may remove content or suspend or end accounts that break these terms or that put others at risk. You can stop using Roasted and delete your account at any time in Settings.

Reviews and shops

Reviews reflect the opinions of the people who write them, not Roasted. Coffee shop details come from third parties and may be out of date. Roasted is not affiliated with the shops listed unless stated.

Disclaimer and limits

Roasted is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Roasted after an update, you accept the new terms.
